Logic Model

The Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem Impact Report from August 2023 highlighted that some members experienced confusion regarding the various and the appropriate groups or committees to join. In response to this, in 2024 we developed an "Ecosystem Logic Model". This visual tool graphically represents the connections between our resources, activities, and intended outcomes, making it easier to understand how our initiatives work together to achieve our goals. We believe this model will help clarify confusion and enhance engagement within the ecosystem.
