The glossary below features definitions of essential terms from the Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem and the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective. Many of these can be interpreted in various ways; by establishing common definitions for these terms we will foster a shared language and enhance understanding of the work.

After-School Program - See also Out-of-School Time (OST) - Afterschool specifically refers to the time immediately following the regular school day, typically in the late afternoon or early evening.
