There is a growing dearth of skilled labor to fill open positions in technical fields. Many employers express difficulties finding quality candidates from the pool of those who apply. Our graduating youth are eager to learn and earn a living, but often lack exposure to potential technical careers.
We aim to collect information from technical employers of all industries, as well as educators of our youth, and the youth themselves. Together, we will optimize the pipeline of potential skilled workers, while providing resources for networking between groups and exposure to potential STEM careers for students.
