GOAL:
Establishing a work environment where Black, Latinx, and women employees thrive.

SHORT-TERM OUTCOMES:

  • Philadelphia STEM employers demonstrate a commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion for Black, Latinx, and women in STEM careers (e.ge. hiring goals).

  • Philadelphia STEM employers implement recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion policies and practices that dismantle inequities within their organizations.

  • Philadelphia STEM employers hire more Black Latinx, and women employees into STEM careers.

 

LONG-TERM OUTCOMES:

Philadelphia STEM employers have equitable policies and utilize best practices to recruit, hire, retain, and promote women and Black and Latinx Philadelphians.
